I’m using the tester for floor screedsVery impressed and great value for money,

The ability to calibrate and then hold a reading and also to illuminate the screen is most useful especially in confined spaces.The readout is large and clear on a scale or 0-100 but it is not a percentage water content and other things need to be taken into account. The website is quite useful but please don't expect that the meter will indicate a percentage water content. The presence of other materials such as metal fastenings increases the reading on the scale. So if you get a spike high reading it is difficult to distinguish between the presence of water or possibly hidden fastenings..........Would I rely totally on this meter only for the presence of water ??No..........not unless someone can show me that my concerns are not well founded
