Bought as a gift, very nice and they were pleased.

For the price, this book is excellent.Embroidered lettering on the front and padded cover. Comes in boxed cardboard with plastic cover on front to protect it. Like those expensive cards that you see on the top shelf of Clinton’s that cost about 20 quid.Loads of pages and information sections for filling in with nice illustrations on each page.Photo placements sections on most pages (first home, first holiday, first picture, first picture of you and your friends, scan photo, photo of nursery, photo of mum and dad, other family members, etc)....Family tree to fill in and a pocket/sleeve at the back of the book to add bits and bobs. Although I would probably put them in envelopes first as it’s only cardboard and the top part is open. But it’s a useful feature to have.I would get this book well in advance though as if you want to fill it all in (and there is a lot to fill in) you will need to know some information that you might not have though you would, such as names of nurses and midwives. All about your scans, thoughts of names, weather on the day, prime minister, news stories, who sent gifts and cards.Sections for hand and foot prints.A day in your life: which is broken down every two hours.And load more normal stuff such as first smile etc....Goes right on until first birthday.Very detailed and looks lovely.

The book is lovely and the pages inside are too. My only issue is it looks white in pictures but when it arrives it looks more yellow. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew.
