Surprised, but I busted the hold clip. Don’t know what I did. Otherwise, this is a rock solid case.

My fav case I’ve ever owned. Looks extremely clean and Feels sturdy like it will protect the phone if dropped. Love the belt clip and phone stand capability. Protects camera well. I don’t have a single complaint. Just gotta see how it holds up when I drop the phone.It was a lil hard to get phone into case and if using a screen protector it might be tricky to remove air bubbles underneath protector with case but you’ll eventually figure that out. I had to lift phone out bottom of case and use a notecard to slip under protector and release air. That was the only slight problem I had but that’s more to do with screen protectors and not the case itself.I would buy this case again and recommend it to friends and family easily

This case is cool enough, and it fits the phone well, but the buttons are really sensitive. Additionally, the spring steel spring for the case clip is very cheap and pops out. The rotating section doesn't click after a week of use and it just spins. Together, the case and holster are terrible... The case is built so that it either presses the button while you're sitting or walking and will accidentally call emergency services if you're not careful. The may safe function is okay, but my old case is much better. Don't get this case.

I had a great experience with Vena case for iPhone 12 which lasted more than 3 years. Based on that positive experience, I did not hesitate to buy a Vena case when I upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 Pro. At first glance, this case's material looked flimsy compared to previous version but seemed to be sturdy (no major complaints there). However, when it comes to the holster, it is a different story. They redesigned it from iPhone 12, which I felt flimsy from day one. It lasted approximately 3 months of light use (please see the attached photo) and broke. Hence I was forced to buy another one to just replace holster, which is a total waste of my money. It is safe to say that I am very disappointed with this case.Updated - The customer service team reached out to me proactively and replaced holster for free. Revising review grade from 1 star to 4 stars.

I had their previous model before they changed how the cell phone clasp locked the phone in. I had two clasps break and tried to get them replaced on their life time warranty. They wouldn't replace it without providing them with lots of paper work that most people don't keep or can't find when the item breaks. I use this case on lots of different sizes of belts, including my law enforcement duty belt so it takes some use. When this case arrived for my new iPhone, I noticed they had changed the design of the clasp so it was not just plastic that was flexing and would eventually break. This time it is a hinge type system that should hold up a lot better. This one also has a better belt clasp that holds it to my duty better and doesn't try to fall off my belt everytime I get out of my patrol car.Added 3/12/25 - Just had my latest case break where the belt clasp connects and rotates on the case. I am not sure what they changeed but what ever they did took a good product and cheepened it up. The problem is with the rachet system that alows the phone to rotate on the belt loop. The latest version does not have very much resistance so you phone is alway rotating without you wanting it to. I can't afford to buy any more of these poorly designed holsters. I am going to be looking for a better design and a company that backs its product.

If the phone on the belt clip is slightly pushed it changes position. First day it also broke apart.But the phone case does fit very well and looks great. The buttons on the side work good.
