poor quality
Feels cheap (25 quid mark), cans are small (sit on ear not over ear) And the 'beeps' at beginning, middle, end of button range is annoying, pointless and totally unnecessary. They are louder than my Sennheiser TV headphones, but distortion is present at high volume with EQ. The audio quality is poor. One doesn't have to be an audiophile to expect decent quality, and even though these are meant for folk with hearing loss the audio sounds flat and dull with or without EQ.The one positive is that they don't have a ruinous limiter like Sennheisers - that is, when detecting an extremely loud piece the limiter reduces volume drastically and can take up to a minute to return to previous level.

Ear cups too small
If only Geemarc had made the ear cups bigger to fully fit over the ears it would be A1,however withthe rigid head band I find after a short time the Headphone pressure on the ears makes them ache.Unable to wear for a long time.

You d.on't get better than this.
These are fabulous Wireless Ear Phones. They are the second lot we have bought, the first lot were for my profoundly deaf wife who loves them. Therefore we bought a second set. Head and shoulders above other brands, more expensive but worth every penny. Ideal for those with severe hearing loss so suitable for anyone.

Very difficult to set up
When you can get them to work, these are great. Really. But they are s-o-o-o difficult, and the latest pair we just gave up.At their request hubby sent them a note (via Amazon) saying why, but they just queried his use of language, which, to be fair, probably wasn't accurate.Neither of us are techies but we did have a techie in to solve the problem, and he couldn't. It's so sad, because when they do work, they are the best thing on the market, but they are r-e-a-l-l-y hard to set up. Nothing works the way they say it will. This with a brand new Samsung TV and sound bar.In fairness, if all you want is to do use the TV with the headset, it's fine. But if you have one headset user, and someone else who wants to use the soundbar and who's hearing is fine, it's impossible. And let's face it, that has to be a common scenario. But the headset cuts off the soundbar, so the person with good hearing can't hear!!!!You have to go into the TV menu and fiddle with it to solve this, 'dual output' or something, which we did, but in this case, it didn't solve it. Very, very frustrating.Reduced to using a different headset with a specially sourced amp that does allow you to do this, but it's not as good. Shame.
