Great case, good for not worrying about phone near water or in rain. Fairly durable. Mine has started to break now but I've had it 8 months or so.The fingerprint reader circle gets really dirty and opaque after awhile to the point that it obscures my vision of the screen. It also doesn't work for fingerprint anymore so I'm having to take it off every time I need fingerprint.Overall would recommend. Great for keeping phone safe from waterUpdate: 2023, support sent me a replacement for my broken one and I'm told there are spare fingerprint stickers or something inside? I think that's an adhesive circle that you can change once it gets dirty.

I used this same case by Lanhiem in the Pixel 5a size and loved it, so I got it again for my next phone. This one is equally great. Passes the waterproof test, and sturdy protection of every inch of the phone. Looks like this model can only be used with Bluetooth earbuds, which is no problem for me. Audio comes through fine without any earbuds.

The case is great, and is actually waterproof even if dropped in the toilet. Don't ask how I know. he finger print reader could be better. The screen protector has turned a bit hazy after a while of use. Other than that it is great

I'm adding this review because the first case I received didn't quite function properly. Overall design was great but the caller could hear themselves as an echo even on speakerphone or with the ports open. My first review customer service seen that I had a poor experience with their product and offered to give me a refund or send me a replacement. I chose to replacement option to give the company a second chance. They sent the replacement very quickly. Arrived in the mail within 2 days. Followed the instructions for assembly place the phone call. No issues at all. So I am greatly satisfied. The product works amazingly as it should and for their stand up customer support for caring about how satisfied their customers are for the product that they offer

Had to buy this case twice because I did not pay attention to carefully install. I noticed a small piece of dust under the fingerprint circle and opened the case to clean it. Mistakenly thought the spare stickers were for cleaning. What followed was a comedy of errors trying to undo the damage. Got the case to work again but not before scuffing the inside. Bought a new one and this time more carefully installed it. Looks and works perfectly now. Fingerprint scanner works every time. Very pleased.

It's okay. It messes with audio making it difficult to hear and to be heard by other party. I find myself constantly putting my phone on speaker mode to hear but it still doesn't help. It does protect but would be better if it didn't mess with the audio. The fingerprint reader is annoying and I could do without it.
