I chose this supplement as it was the combination I was looking for and is a good price. A friend told me about trying magnesium to help with sleep and I also wanted something for neck & back aches and feeling generally run down I have been using for two weeks now and I do feel a difference. I still wake in the night but I feel the quality of sleep is better and deeper and no longer wake up feeling dreadful. My aches also feel a little better too. Defiantly worth a try, love the no frill packaging to keep cost down plus that its made in the UK.

Use this supplement for bone support, it is easy on the stomach, packaging is kept to a minimum (no big plastic pots half full). It's a good price and delivery is always super quick.

I use this supplement to augment my nutrition when training for arduous endurance events. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now and intend on using it indefinitely. Would recommend it to anyone with an active lifestyle.

The product came the same day as I ordered it and I started taking it straight away. The turmeric in the supplement is a great anti inflammatory element but the potency can be increased by taking it with black or cayenne pepper. I have therefore made sure to include this in my meal before taking the supplement. It is difficult to comment on the effectiveness of the supplement as I bought it for remineralising of my teeth. I have not noticed any difference in my teeth after almost a month. Not sure if prolonged taking of the supplement is required.

I am really happy with this product, I’ve been stuck inside more during lockdown and need to perform physically for my job. This has really helped with sleep and recovery. Noticed a decrease in joint pain in the morning. I would assume I’m absorbing the supplements as well as I can as I do notice I feel better - even if it’s a placebo I’m very happy. Definitely worth a try. Highly recommend.

I have many sleepless night because of pain in legs. I have seen and many different professional to treated.. But it always come back. I have to tie with a cloth to leg to get less pain and get some sleep. Only happen in night. This medication changed and I am able to sleep without problem. I haven't time to revisit other pricings .. this is 40 days supply of 100% RDA ... 3 tabs / day. A few arrived broken in the packet but that would be because of their composition ... I found these hard to swallow but they were REALLY easy to crush. I crush add something like yoghurt (or jam) and eat that way - just like we used to be given aspirin. Actually if the price is favourable these are then brilliant ... I thnk the research on Turmeric in tablet form is not so good as cooked ( Moseley) - but this isn't what I bought them for. Thanks.
