Queue the Geto Boys track from Office Space...
I would give this printer a negative 100 if I could. I've never felt more like a character from Office Space before I bought this piece of junk - overpriced too, considering the absolute total failure. Epson should pay me to take this printer from them. When you buy an appliance or electronic device you really just want it to work - hassle free, reliable. This printer unfortunately does not meet ANY of those expectations. First of all WiFi printing is unreliable at best. It will work for the first little bit, but soon after the printer will stop being able to "contact" the computer, even though somehow it will say it's still connected. So down the troubleshooting rabbit hole one will go - and navigating the numerous, clunky, and extra frustrating processes and apps this thing installs on your system will only serve to frustrate you even more. You'll be looking for your baseball bat in short time. So don't buy this thing based on the wireless printing feature. Also don't buy it at all...I gave up and circumvented trying to use WiFi and just plugged it into my computer using a traditional USB print cable. That made it a LOT easier - I thought I was good to go. Wrong. On top of all the other little hassles, which add up to this thing being basically one gigantic pain in the you know what - the WORST thing about this printer is that it will just randomly, and in short time, stop printing. The print cycle will run, the paper will go through the machine, but the document will come out with no ink on it - despite the ink tank being completely full. So off down the rabbit hole you'll go - running "Print Head Cleaning" cycles, and "Power Cleaning" cycles, after owning it for a mere couple of days, and after which you must let the printer "rest" for up to 12 hours. Go ahead and follow all those instructions if you have the patience, and when you come back after 12 hours the problem will just persist, and you'll soon begin to realize that you've been ripped off. It's a complete waste of time. Troubleshooting guidelines and tech support try to offer remedial steps to correct all these little deficiencies. They call it "maintenance". But it won't work because of one overall factor - this printer is a piece of junk. It would take less time for me to write my documents by hand than to try to get this printer to do the one simple task it was designed for.We don't buy printers to do "maintenance" and "troubleshooting" - we just want them to work. Stay away from this thing. It's an abomination. Epson should be embarrassed to even release this garbage to market. I will not buy another Epson printer ever again.

Harder to set up than necessary.
The advertisement for this product is accurate, so I will not repeat it here. CAUTION: You MUST disable your Firewall before attempting to download the Epson Printer Software. If you Don't there is a good chance that you will Break your computers ability to communicate with your Router on that Specific Network. I was prevented from being Totally Blocked from internet Access on my Computer because I run Guest Networks on my Router, and I was able to use them to spend 5+ hours trying to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it without a Paid Technician! The answer was buried deep in the FAQs on Epson how to page, it was not mention in the instructions in the box, nor the spiffy How To Videos that you will brick your network if you Do Not Disable the Firewall First! I had to Uninstall (Not Delete) all the Epson Software then Reinstall it. Now it works Fine I am printing Wireless from my Laptop, I will get over this. Tank system worked flawlessly, Colored ink used 1/4 of the Ink to Charge the Print Heads, black used only a fraction of that. Somewhat satisfied.

Definitely Recommend!
I got this printer to convert to a sublimation printer. The print quality on it is amazing! My sublimation ink has been amazing and has lasted quite some time through the different projects I have done! I personally use the wireless connection and I have not had any problems with it! The different features this has/can do with is pretty good!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRINTER!
Pre-COVID I bought one of these for at home and fell in love with it, between the cost-effectiveness and the quality, I was sold. I’m an artist and constantly printing photos of my work or of reference materials or papers for research. I quickly bought one for at work too! During and post-COVID I sought to buy one that my co-workers could use and could NOT find one for less than $499 so we gave up until the pandemic died down, they returned to the market and at a price-point within our budget. Worth EVERY damn penny spent! In 4 years I’ve only had to refill my home one once and my work one 2 1/2 times. The 1/2 because I thought that at 1/2 a tank it would be getting too low not realizing the distance this machine can go before actually needing a refill! At work I print material daily up to 30 copies both on photo paper in colour as well as in black and white on plain AND photo paper. Each time I have refilled I have used the Epson brand ink as I don’t trust the off-brand inks and risking damaging my printers. The ink is extremely cost effective and I always have some left over for when I start to get low again which is almost never! Seriously. For years I wasted hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on Canon printers and ink cartridges creating so much waste and then having the machines die on me for NO reason. It was infuriating and costly. I switched to HP only to be disappointed - again. Then decided to give Epson a chance and am SO HAPPY I did. I even bought one for my best friend as a gift! If that doesn’t tell you something, I don’t know what will.We also use one at our tattoo studio for printing stencils using an ink manufactured specifically for tattoo stencils. (A gentian violet solution.) So far, so good! We love it.Now that COVID is slowly passing and the market is getting a BIT back to normal, I highly recommend the eco-tank as a printer. The price is totally worth it, as is the cost of the refill ink . Again - stay on-brand to ensure quality and do frequent nozzle checks and cleaning to be sure all is maintained! Enjoy!
