HealthAid Calcium Complete 800mg - 120 Tablets

Most calcium tablets come with vitamin D3 and other vit/minerals, but I already take those separately so I was looking for calcium only tablets. I found these to be the higher potency at 800mg (per 2 tablets).The only drawback is the size of the tablet. They are quite big so if you have trouble swallowing tablets, it may not be for you. Or you could always cut it in half to make it easier to swallow.They don’t taste particularly good or bad… just quite chalky.I would buy it again

After a health check I was told i was deficient in calcium - bought these and feel so much better. After 6 month review I’m back in range for calcium! I take alongside vitamin d supplements.

here’s to do what it says. Be aware that tablets are quite large if you have issues with swallowing.

Because they are uncoated and quite large, they are hard to swallow

I bought this on Amazon, rather than my pharmacy, because it said 800 mg on the package. However, I read now on the package that this refers to two( !!) tablets. My pharmacy’s non/brand calcium has the same amount in each tablet (400mg), so this product isn’t really an advantage, however, it’s much more expensive. Wish I’d just bought the cheap version for 1/3 of the price.

Arrived next day with Amazon Prime,Unlike other reviews I haven't found these hard to swallow at all and can easily swallow 2 at the same time with a glass of water.Great to see they kept bulking agents to a minimum and 3 types of calcium to ensure maximum absorption.As most will know calcium is best taken with a Vit D supplement to ensure you get the full benefit of the product.Unlike most reviews I didn't have broken tablets in the bottle but I was surprised to find out the bottle was very high quality brown glass which is rare to see.I can't comment on how effective they are as I have only just started taking them but going by the ingredients they should be very effective.
