Needed a for hole punch and this works a treat. Very sturdy.

Arrived more or less by return of post and seems sturdy enough and works OK. My only gripe is that the markings on the paper guide relate to using just the one section of the punch i.e. if set to A4, two holes (only) are punched in the centre of the edge of the sheet of paper. Very odd - to get 4 holes properly positioned on an A4 sheet it is necessary to align the centre mark on the punch with the centre of the sheet - or set the paper guide to A6.

The punch is good value, sturdy and is easy to use.

Having just really discovered the benefits of having 4 ring binders as opposed to 2 ring - I had the problem of punching the holes required. There are lots of these hold punches around and their price vary tremendously. I have to admit - I did go for probably the cheapest option and it works really well. I am not sure how well it would cope with several sheets of paper at a time but I just tend to stick to one or two and it works a treat - lovely and smooth with perfect holes punched every time.Exactly what I needed.

I bought this to cut out the hassle and guess work of using a two hole punch for a four ring binder. I was expecting a flimsy hole punch but it works much better than expected. There is a slide rule to ensure you punch paper in the same place every time and it easily punches 10 pages at a time (I would guess you could maybe do up to 15 without too much strain). It's very robust and would be great for a home office or a small business.

This didn't come on the day stated but the next day.So not too bad.It came well packaged so no problem there.My problem was that when I undid it the hole punch didn't have any instructions to say how to take any paper. As couldn't get the punch to take paper or punch holes in it.Took it round to friends, in the evening, where we spent about 10 min looking, pondering and discussing what was wrong with it. Eventually worked out that it was in 'transport' mode and 2 clips needed to be removed before it worked okay. Mind you this made a good topic for discussion!May I suggest that there are instructions put in with this product saying (and showing) about the clips and where they are to be removed from?Otherwise appears to be a sturdy product - so far, but not used it too much yet!

Given that this product was towards the bottom end of the pricing scale at the time of ordering, I decided to purchase this following my reading of other reviews.This 4 hole paper punch has a solid feel and works perfectly from day one. If I must make one minor criticism it is that the paper guide when set to the A4 position is incorrect, this is however very quickly overcome when you adjust to a position which has the affect of centralising the holes.Very pleased especially for the money.
