I got these batteries for my Yongnuo YN300 II LED Video Lights and they worked very well. So far I've used them in two video shots, one on location and one in the studio and each shoot lasted about three hours and there was no sign of the batteries becoming exhausted, although I only had the 5500K LEDs at 100% and the 3200K LEDs at 0%. The charger also works well and an LED indicates when the battery is fully charged. Take note that the charger does get quite warm whilst charging so I charge the batteries with the charger on top of the battery to allow the maximum surface area of the charger to be exposed to the air. By the way, the batteries do not get warm during charging. A full charge takes a few hours but then the NF-F970 is a high capacity battery. The included car charger accessory is a nice touch and genuinely maybe useful when away from the studio, however I think at this price I'm likely to buy at least another two sets to give me two batteries for each of my three LED lights.So far the batteries have worked well and the heating of the charger hasn't been a problem and not only would I recommend them but I will probably buy more.

Having previously purchased a similar set of batteries and charger from DSTE, I was confident these would be great, and they are.They fit the connector plate of the "Feelworld" field monitor I bought them for, and power it perfectly.A great although not immediately obvious feature of the charger supplied, is that the cable(s) are completely removable. This has proven useful since I now have two chargers for two different types of battery, but only need one cable :-)Also, if using the supplied car/12v cable when away from home, you needn't have the extra fuss of dealing with an attached mains cable at the same time.Be aware: The charger does get quite hot for a while and should not be left unattended or on any but the safest of surfaces i.e. possibly risky on flammable materials or without good airflow around it.That said, I detected no alarming smells or sounds, and with due care, foresee no problems.

The batteries work perfectly well but the charger is extremely slow and has no indication of progress.

Arrived the next day. No signs of overheating whilst charging. Have yet to test the life of these batteries but they look substantial.EDIT. It seems that photographers rarely buy equipment with which to test batteries. A voltmeter is better than nothing but one really needs a discharge meter that measures the mah. I bought one sold for model aircraft enthusiasts. I have six Godox500 LED lights and consequently twelve batteries. Some lights seemed to go off more quickly than others so I wanted to calibrate each battery.None of the DSTE batteries produced 7,900 mah but nor do any of the others and I doubt if that figure is achievable in this type of battery. I have one that does but it is even larger and more than 50% more costly.For the sort of battery DSTE rate as 7,900 one should expect and be happy with figures around 6,200 mah. A pair of these in a Godox500 will keep it lit for over four hours - maybe up to six.The DSTE at around £20 (with a freebie charger chucked in) is as good value as I have found. In my testing I did find two that were substandard and the GOOD NEWS is that the vendor replaced them without argument.Don't worry about how long these batteries take to charge on the device supplied. Unless you buy a special fast charger you must be prepared to wait about ten hours. That is reality. And still I had no problem with overheating.So yes - a good value battery and a trustworthy vendor.

Batteries seem OK, but the charger is poor quality. The cable falls out easily and it took forever to charge.I also bought a "Neewer 2 Pieces 2600mAh Li-ion Replacement Battery for Sony NPF550/570/530, Suitable for Sony HandyCams, Neewer CN-160 CN-216 LED Light, Neewer 759 74K" which was much better quality. It was much smaller, charged 2 batteries at the same time and was faster - despite charging from a USB cable.

Perfect. Exactly as described. I used to sell these in one of my first jobs but they were original Sony ones. I've been lucky enough to use Sony batteries in a professional capacity and getting these replacement batteries is amazing. Back in the day these would have cost over £70 but at this price point and the capacity of these batteries it's amazing that these batteries can compete with originals with their performance. I'm really happy with the purchase and will most likely buy more.

Arrived quick and work as expected, no complaints. These batteries (970) take a very long time to charge, though that’s because of the capacity and not the brand, so make sure you charge them before the night before your shoot.

Hi charge is foulty is not working.
