Superb kit!
You do need to know what you're doing to build this kit, however the instructions on the plan and the instruction booklet are very clear. Make sure you read everything first and then while you're building, follow the instructions from both the plan and the booklet. Everything fits together perfectly, if it doesn't, then you've done something wrong. Even the gussets are precut to the correct angles. We have yet to cover the plane as that is the most daunting part.Tips: measure twice, cut once. Pin the plan to a pinboard and place a piece of greaseproof paper or baking paper over the plan. Pin the parts to the pinboard over the plan and greaseproof paper before gluing. Then lift off the glued parts and remove from the greaseproof paper if it has stuck. We used Zap (pink bottle) to stick the parts together while pinned to the pinboard.Great kit!! Can't wait to see the maiden flight.

Quite pleased with the kit and the instructions are good
Quite pleased with the kit and the instructions are good. The only thing that I'm not happy with is that the tissue supplied for covering is actually orange so if you wish to build a tiger moth in the traditional yellow you will have to buy extra tissue from elsewhere.Unless the manufacturer ran out of yellow and put orange in the box hoping that you wouldn't notice the difference!

A wonderful project
I bought this plane for my father, who has some previous experience. I want to explain why I Scored 5 stars for ease of assembly. In truth it’s not that easy but I didn’t want to mark this model down in any way. I wanted to share that the challenges to make this plane gives excellent opportunities to think and solve any difficulties encountered. It’s proving to be an wonderful project and distraction for my father whilst we’re all in lock down and he’s social isolating Thank you

Very fiddly
This almost ended up in the bin many times during building, the balsa wood breaks very easily and the the glue sticks to every thing except what you want it to, it led to much frustration. Although my Husband tells me that he did actually enjoy building it.
