Great
I originally had the sena smh5 headsets which were great for rider pillion but rider to rider had limited range and could only communicate with one person at a time so purchased the 20s dual pack range is much better and when my wife and I went for a ride out with our 2 boys as pillions using the smh5 we were able to have a 4 way full duplex conversation and listen to sat nav commands at the same time

Once you've owned these you'll never know how you managed without
Had these now for about 6 months and cant believe how I managed without, makes that trip out with your pals much more enjoyable. Being able to talk to each other and have your tunes blasting at the same time. Fairly easy to install, the battery lasts absolutely ages and doesnt take too long to get the hang of using. Only downsides are the fm radio doesnt work great unless your on open roads and the range is definitely less than as stated but if connection is lost it does reconnect automatically when you get near to each other again. Would absolutely recommend

fortunately I had a friend who already had one so ...
Fast efficient delivery, install takes a bit of working out with alll the bits in the box, fortunately I had a friend who already had one so install and setup for one helmet only took us two hours, with tea breaks in between

Generally pretty good
I like this, it's a nice bit of kit. However, having had it less than a year it's started to crackle, drop connections and if I touch it it acts as though there is interference. Too late to send it back sadly, not convinced it's worth the money tbh.

NOT WATERPROOF
It's not often I'm moved to write a review, but this headset has done so. I bought these, a dual pack, from a shop, so it is an unverified purchase, but thought I'd share my thoughts with you, such was my annoyance and disappoinment.I've had sterling service from the SMH10R for over six years now, but the sound was getting crackly and an upgrade was in the offing, so I naturally started looking at the the rest of Sena range for an upgrade and settled on these.Fitting was easy, and soon I was enjoying the radio on the way to work. Then last Friday I had to ride to work using it for the first time in the rain. So this was medium rain compounded by heavy spray from the cars on the motorway, for about 45 minutes. The Sena at this point failed. First I lost the radio altogether, to be replaced with loud crackling. At this point I could neither turn it down using the jog wheeel - which every time just went into group intercom pairing mode - nor switch it off. Even at work it took a further four hours before it was dry enough to use again.I haven't had a chance to fully find out if these are good or not, but in my book, if they fail at the first hurdle - a rainy day - then they are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. If you are a fair weather rider, then these could be great for you. In England however, we experience more wet days than sunny California - where they may well have been designed for use - hence they fail at the first hurdle , first time out! If you need something to work in the rain, do NOT buy these, they are NOT WATERPROOF or RAINPROOF - it wasn't even that bad a day. As far as I'm concerned, this problem voids them as 'motorcycle' intercoms. maybe they need a disclaimer - for riders who only ride in the sun! They have since been returned to the shop, and we have now bought a pair of Cardo's - which have a IP67 Waterproof certification on them!Very disappointed in Sena, these have let the side down, and I may never buy Sena again!
