Oh wow! These are game changers! I recently purchased lamps for my bedroom but due to space I knew I would never go on the other side of the bed just to turn on a lamp. So, I searched to see if there were any options that included a remote. I found these & thought they would be perfect since I had 2 lamps and a fan that could benefit from a remote. I sleep with a fan on and almost every night I get chilly at some point but don't feel like getting up to turn the fan off. I ordered a 3 pack but will probably order another set just because they're so useful. I almost returned them when I was reading the directions because there were instructions on programming them and also a statement to " be within eyesight of the unit ". One of my outlets is not within eyesight and I wasn't about to figure out how to program these. BUT!!! THEY COME PROGRAMMED & READY TO USE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! Plus, you don't have to be within eyesight of them. I absolutely love being able to turn both lamps & the fan on & off from the little remote. 5+ stars would be if the remote were a touch bigger because I can see me losing it at some point. You gotta get these - they're fantastic!!

Bought these to make controlling out of reach lights easier, and they work perfectly! I really like the fact that they don’t take up the entire outlet and each one makes a small “click” sound when turning on and off that I personally find satisfying. One thing to note however, is that when they are powered on they emit a small blue light, not an issue, just something to note. The small blue light turns off when the plug is turned off with the remote.

I mainly use this for my Christmas decorations so I don't have to bend down to plug/unplug all the time, and I always end up using them for more things because they are just so functional.Note they are all on the same little button frequency so if you put a bunch around they will all turn on and off—I kept turning on the string lights in the bedroom without meaning to, to my spouse's chagrin.

Overall these are fine and do mostly what I wanted them to. I was looking to operate some lights that are not connected to outlets already operated with a light switch. I was happy with how easy they were to setup and connect and even mount to the wall (using some 3M Command Strips) but I still have some unreliable results that I can't seem to figure out. In one set of them (I bought two), it will reliably turn off the one that is about 6 feet away, but unreliably turn off the one that is about 12 feet away. Neither are obstructed. With the other set, the closer one is about 4 feet and the further is about 8 feet, and it still happens irregularly with these as well.I don't ever seem to have a problem turning the switch (lights) on, it's only when I'm trying to turn them off. I often have to pop it down from the wall and manually point it at the fussy one to get it to work.

Excellent product. Makes turning on lights very easy. I would purchase this item again.

I don't know how long these have been around, but I'm so glad I finally discovered them! I had an issue space-wise with how I could get to and plug and unplug my tree and mantel lights this year and started looking around for a solution. Finding these allowed me to plug the mantel and tree lights together in an outlet behind the tree and never have to try to get to it again. I clicked a button, and all the lights came on! I also used to have to go out into the garage to plug in and unplug my outside lights, now I just clicked a button while I was standing in my kitchen and all the outside lights came on. Finding these encouraged me to find an outdoor version that also improved my life greatly by not having to go out onto the deck twice a night in rain, snow, or negative 5 degrees to plug in and unplug the deck lights. I smiled every night when I just clicked a few buttons and all of my lights came on everywhere in seconds and I was just standing in my kitchen. I cannot recommend these enough. Getting three plugs in this package that you can control with one remote is such an amazing deal, I have told everyone I know about these and think everyone should have them in their homes, especially during the holidays.

I live this product every time Iturn off the lights I don’t have to lean over furniture. I just push the button on the wall like a regular switch.
