Durable, digital display tells you how much juice is going to your device.
I bought these two years ago. We have two in an house full of adults and they still get fought over. Being able to see how quickly something is charging is very helpful. And I am a nerd, so I love seeing what a difference it makes to use different cords. These are efficient and can charge multiple items at once. They have been abused for two years and still running great.

Better than AWESOME
I have not been paid for this review. I positively recommend this item and have had little contact with the company (noted in the review) which was also positive! This review is for MULTIPLE of these units all lumped together in the same review as they are the same unit and perform exactly the same. Unless noted the review is the same for all of the units.OLD REVIEW:Haven't tried it overseas yet - the one main purpose I purchased it. At home it worked great on the bedside table freeing up an entire power strip. I even went and purchased two more!!! Recommended!UPDATE:Delayed update but I purchased three more of these after using it for a few months. I have also traveled overseas with it - bulky as heck especially with a "full size" European plug (plugs that fit into the entire recess vs. those that merely "add" the thicker prongs). I use the full sized plug only because it tends to stay into the socket better; if it were to get knocked off during charging and we didn't notice it would not be very nice! These larger plugs normally ground but that isn't really factor in my decision and I have used both types.Worked in Ukraine, France, Netherlands and other points around the globe! We use two permanently for charging and devices that remained plugged in 24/7. In the airport is was really handy as it puts out enough charge to quick charge our phones (at the time only Samsung 10 plus), tablets and watches all at once. In the past with plug units with multiple USB outlets we had such slow charging it we couldn't get enough power into the phones prior to boarding the next flight! No problem with this unit. The ONE bad - a display on one USB port did go haywire after a few months. I contacted the company and they offered a replacement but said it was safe to continue usage and it wouldn't be degraded in charging capability; we noticed this statement was 100% accurate and continue to use that unit as a bedside charger. We didn't bother with the return / replacement as all of the other USB ports had accurate information so if we wanted the information we can just move to another port - it is just not something you use everyday, all day so why replace! The only other problem - on the one we use for travel the "feet" slid off of their spots though they did stay "glued" onto the unit. Such a minor thing that mentioning it just shows how good my four units have been!Again, these units have lasted through permanent usage over a year, travel to countries using 240/220v, airports and hotels - only ONE USB ports DISPLAY on one unit has failed! NOTE - I DO NOT use it to charge my notebook (60w) even though the unit says it is capable; I am just not gutsy enough. I WILL update this if I do ever use it for that purpose but I don't use anything for the notebook not approved by Lenovo ... funny, honestly, as phones have made it to about the same price point as many laptops meaning the loss of a phone would be just as costly! NOTE also that the unit is only rated at a TOTAL 5v 60w 12a even though the USB ports are each rated at 5v 2.4a. This means the 12 amps of the total are divided among the used ports - if only 5 ports are being used you will have the full 2.4 amps (12/2.4). Some units won't use the full 2.4 amps so you will, if the unit is working properly, be able to use greater than 5 ports without noticing a change. HOWEVER, if all units you are charging want the 2.4 amps you WILL notice a slowdown. Personally, I haven't tested it to see what the ports decrease, if the decrease is divided among all ports or how the unit handles it. Bottom line - I have NEVER noticed a drop with all ports plugged in (Paperwhite, S4 Tab, S10+ wireless charger, watch (3 different types tested), Alexa, two kids Amazon tabs, LG G tab and such). When traveling it normally has only 2 phones, 2 watches, 2 tablets and 1 or 2 headphones - NO DROP!I wish this company put out a travel unit of the same quality. When you carry a phone, tablet, a watch and a laptop ... plugs are at a premium especially for charging USB devices. This helps.PLEASE - come up with a good travel option (portable) even if it only has one display; one display is really all you need to verify an item is charging properly though each port, even for travel, would be nice to have one!

A very useful device to charge up to 8 USB devices at a time - repeat customer
This is the perfect device to charge up to 8 USB devices at a time, as long as you realize that this is not a "fast charger" for a specific brand of phone / tablet / laptop. It provides 5V at up to 1.2A per port, depending on how much each device draws per port. In other words, "classic" USB with support for higher current. There are newer standards that allow some devices to request a higher charging voltage and/or current. If you're trying to charge one of those with this device, you'd likely be disappointed. But it does what it is advertised to do very well.I mostly use it to charge the batteries in several dozen handheld two-way radios - I discovered that the "Off" click on the radio volume knob is just a suggestion to the radio and doesn't actually cut the power off, so the batteries run down in storage. This device is much better than a row of individual chargers.I've also used it to "recover" some other devices that didn't seem to be charging on their regular chargers. For example, I have a Garmin InReach Mini. When connected to a charger or a PC, its display should light up and show an icon of a battery charging. No response with any other charger here. I connected it to this charger and immediately saw on the charger's display that it was charging, even though the display on the Garmin was blank. After leaving it connected to the charger overnight, the Garmin was healthy again. The other chargers probably also would have charged it, but since they didn't have displays, I couldn't tell.I've used Velcro to mount one of these (I've bought four of them since 2020) inside a dresser's cabinet section. That way it, the cables, and the devices being charged can all be out of sight and not lighting up the bedroom at night or having a dangling bunch of cables visible in the room. That's the good points. There are some things that could be improved in a future model:1) No real provision for mounting the device. I used Velcro. Having some keyhole slots on the back would be useful.2) An on/off switch on the device. The one in my dresser that's been powered on for four years has had it's display become dimmer over time, and it is drawing some power even when it's not being used.3) Having the ability to flip the display upside down. The top of the display is on the side adjacent to the ports. If you want to use the unit with the cables facing toward you, the display is upside down.4) The device comes with four pre-attached feet. They're pretty small and do a good job of keeping the device from sliding around on smooth surfaces, but don't work as well on surfaces like plywood. Bigger feet would help with this, as well as lifting the unit up to help with cooling when it's busy charging a bunch of devices.

Reliable, intelligent charging brick
In the short term, this charging brick has worked flawlessly, delivering recharge power to several devices, and powering a USB light. Because the unit only delivers the power that the device calls for (rather than a constant voltage regardless of the device), it has revived a few of my more delicate devices, such as rechargeable ear buds, to full capacity. The display is easy to read, and gives a live look at delivered voltages on each of 8 ports. It's way more helpful than my previous Anker charging brick.

Works Well, But Hard to Read
This charging station does exactly what it’s supposed to—charges multiple devices quickly and efficiently. With 8 ports and plenty of power, it’s great for keeping everything charged in one place. That said, the LCD display is a bit confusing. I don’t really understand what all the numbers mean, and the screen can be hard to read. It doesn’t take away from the functionality, though, since it works fine for charging. If you’re just looking for a reliable multi-port charger and don’t need to pay much attention to the display, this will get the job done.
