An informative little manual for those interested in building a strong looking MMA body.
Even though I am well into my senior years training in numerous martial arts and doing countless different warrior exercise programs in my more than 7 decades of training; nevertheless, I am always seeking new and unique ways of training. I am also a sucker for trying unusual workout routines. When I saw this small 60 page soft cover volume (How to build the MMA body: Building a MMA physique: The MMA workout hardcore routine, diet plan with nutritional values by M. Laurence) on Amazon I decided to purchase it.The delivery time was very quick and even though there are no photographs or illustrations in this manual; however, the routines it teaches will give you one intense program if you follow it exactly. This little volume covers building the body, old exercises-new tricks, training the chest and back, nutrition to follow, training the biceps, triceps and shoulders, training the legs and calves. The routine is to work two parts of your body twice a week and includes numerous kinds of other exercises to also improve your speed and punching power along with exercises to increase your overall body strength. If you are looking for a powerful training program and routine to build a strong fighting fit body you may want to check out this manual.Rating: 4 Stars. Incorrect information, tons of spelling and grammar errors, confusion/conflicting information
Horrible information, tons of spelling errors, absolutely incorrect nutrition values given for food!! This is not a "book" to lose weight but to gain mass, as it suggest eating 1-2grams of protein per current bodyweight. Then after the diets, it suggests to change fats, carbs protein depending how it's working for you......Thanks Sherlock. I bought a series of these books from same "author" and the information is 99% identical in each one...workouts, diet etc..all suggests the 16/8 intermittent fasting. Cheap book, but save your money
