What I like about this pillow: I like that the pillow has a zipper so some of the stuffing can be removed. Not everyone is the same size, so I removed some of the stuffing for a better fit for my hip width. I first removed some stuffing (and made the mistake of throwing away the foam stuffing instead of storing it in a bag for latter). I decided to remove a bit more stuffing, and am storing it in a bag for future use, or in case I want to add it back in later. The cooling part is a life-saver, and that is my favorite feature. Even my dog tries to horn in on that section.The only thing I'm not loving is the length. It's a bit too long for my shorter size. But because I removed some stuffing, I can fold over one of the ends to shorten up the overall length to better serve my needs.

I never thought I would ever spend this much money on a pillow but I have hot flashes caused by a medication that seem like they are sent by satan himself - I mean horrible! When a flash wakes me up I roll on to this pillow. The gel pack feels down right cold initially which is immediate relief but then it gently wicks the heat to the center of the pillow away from me. Seriously, an hour after I’ve made the bed in the morning, this pillow is still releasing the heat it trapped during the night. I put bamboo pillow cases on the other pillows so now all I have to do is flip the regular pillows over and hug this full body pillow and I am back to sleep in no time. If I like something I tend to buy two because I cant find it later or the price got ridiculous. I think I am going to buy another one of these now and put it away.

The 2025 version of the pillow -- cooling gel broke apart after a few uses. Pillow didn't fully fluff. Even after effort and sufficient time, it's only 1/2full. It's NOT the same pillow as what I purchased in 2021. It has 1/2 the pillow filling, none of the support, and 1/2 the price of the 2021 version. Beyond disappointed. Returning.Bring back the 2021 version at 2xs the price -- that pillow was worth the money! This 2025 version is awful.

The pillow that comes with this has lumpy and flat filling (even after waiting a few days). No good. Not comfortable and no support. So I took the cover, which is the exact same cover Clone pillow brand uses, and put it on my Buffy body pillow. The body pillow case is smaller than most body pillows. But, I was able to fit a larger pillow in because it had a large flat spot in the middle. It is cooling. Not sure about the durability. It is spot clean only and cannot be washed. Once you put this on the pillow it stays on the pillow. I also put a cooling bamboo body pillow case over this to protect it.

I got this body pillow after being diagnosed with two slip discs in my neck that give me great pain on the left side of my neck and into my left shoulder. I'm a side sleeper, but even sleeping on my right side I was still in pain. My chiropractor recommended I get a body pillow to help prop up My left shoulder while laying on my right side so that it doesn't fall forward. This has worked like a gem! Not only has it reduced my pain, but the position I was sleeping in previously to try to alleviate pain was making me snore. My husband says I haven't snored a single time since I got the body pillow.The cooling gel is very cool to the touch when you first get in bed. Now that we are getting into winter, some nights it's too cold for me to want to touch. However, I get really hot in my sleep, so I appreciate it most of the time. I have noticed that it doesn't stay cool throughout the night. once my body heat makes the temperature of it rise, it doesn't really go back to being cool again until I have stopped touching it for a while. But, I'm still very happy with my purchase.

It arrived on time price was ok I think it could of been cheaper given the extremely low quality of the pillow. I mean it’s flat never got bigger at all there is hardly any stuffing in it so if you need support don’t bother. But the cool pad that is worth it it keeps you cool which is what was needed. My advice buy it for the cool pad get yourself a bamboo body pillow and put the cool pad on that ultimate comfort. Overall good product I just can’t give it five stars due to the flimsy pillow

My grandson wanted it for Christmas , so he got it and he loves it !

Ok, I been looking for something like this for awhile. I wasn't super optimistic, cause I'm super picky about my pillows and how I sleep. This is what I been waiting for!!!So it's rolled up so tight that it took 12 hours, maybe more, to fluff up. I was super impatient waiting, but damn was it worth the wait! I need to be cold when I sleep, but also can't sleep without a damn blanket. Cause you know, monsters and stuff 😂! I'm kidding, kinda. Well this is frikin perfect. Only thing that could make this better if the gel was on both sides. I can't complain, it's perfect. So far I've only had it one night. Will update in a few months!P.S. I was pretty stoked it didn't have a weird smell to it. Some stuff does and this didn't.
