This is a nice heavy-duty fork. But, the wooden handle halves are just poorly glued on and fell off pretty much right out of the package. As the handle wood is pretty nice, I decided to fix the fork, rather than return it. But, as most people probably would not be able or want to fix it, I suggest this fork not be considered.

I bought this as a gift for my husband, and he loves it! Perfect for carving and cutting.

Heavy duty metal fork, too bad the wooden handle was not glued on and fell off when I took the fork out of the box.

Heavy duty! It will lift large pieces of meat. I need it for Smoking Boston Butts and it is the right fork for that.

Fork is nice looking and good weight - and defective - first time used the wood panel slipped sideways off the steel tang and off the knife entirely - very bad design to expect glue to hold instead of metal fasteners like most knives
