Within just one month of use, the power supply stopped working entirely, leaving me without a crucial component for my DVR setup.Not only did I receive a defective product, but the complete lack of customer support or communication from the seller has left me in a difficult situation. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and support, especially when a product fails within such a short time frame.I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this seller to think twice. Hard disk is not working

Hard disk problem in 2 months

I am ordering 4 channel DVR, 1 TB hard disk, 4 pixel camera 5 MP etc. These are useless products, don't buy them. Actually my DVR is new(2024) but the hard disk is very old which is not compatible with my DVR. I got a very old hard disk (2013) and I complained about it in Amazon, but Amazon did not reply. They said to contact Hikvision, but Hikvision replied that I can't help you, because you buy from Amazon. If you buy from local dealer, I can help you. If you buy it, don't buy it. Buy from local dealer.

We received the product in good packaging and on time. However, the hard disk we received was manufactured in 2010 and is overheating like an iron box.
