will these work to mount a 65" tv using a full motion mount?

Anyone know the size (width of the screw head)? Trying to mount a TV and want to make they can cover the gap (and wont just fall through the hole).

Bolt heads are approximately 7/16 inch diameter. You certainly can add a flat washer if that is too small. The Threaded bolt is 1/4 inch diameter.

What's the closest these can to to each other? I need to install a towel rack but the holes are only an inch apart. How wide is that toggle?

No, it will not work if holes are 1 inch apart. If i remember correctly the anchor itself needs 1/2" hole (or 3/8, i forgot). Besides, the screw is 1/4", check if the rack hole is big enough.
