Excellent purchase
As I have gotten older I prefer straight forward, no hassle interaction with software and this is all of that and then some. I absolutely love this printer. Worth every penny.

Had to Install Software Twice, But Works Great
I had a little difficulty installing the software. It didn't complete for some reason. It showed up as installed and printed a test page, but never worked again ... until I reinstalled, and then all went well. I've printed several coffee cups, especially over the Christmas season, and was very pleased with the quality.

Glad I chose this printer!
Perfect for small/home business use. Great support and tutorials available. Easy to use for someone who has never worked with sublimation before. I did need to purchase replacement inks quicker than anticipated, however I did go through more practice pages than necessary 😂
