🎸 Delay Like a Pro, Play Like a Legend
The JIM DUNLOP Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay (M292) delivers the iconic warm analog delay sound with double the delay time of the original, up to 1.2 seconds. It features four tap tempo subdivisions with an easy-to-read display, programmable presets for quick access to your favorite tones, and an expression jack for external control, making it a versatile and essential pedal for professional guitarists seeking both vintage vibe and modern functionality.

Amazing Pedal
I had never used a bucket brigade based analog delay pedal before, but the Carbon Copy Deluxe is by far the best delay pedal I've ever used. The sound is smooth, the 'Deluxe' designation gets you a tap-tempo and non-4/4-time-signatures, there's a mod switch which distorts the delay trails, and a bright version of the delay circuit is a switch away too. This thing is amazing; it's the kitchen sink of delay pedals if you ask me. I'll give this pedal a glowing recommendation to anyone who will listen.

Delay pedal at its best.
Cannot beat stomp boxes, it does take time to "dial" this particular unit in. Sounds are limitless with some patients and definitely watch some online videos to get its full potential. Built like a tank and after going "digital" for a few years to slim line my setup. line 6 helix, M13(that was actually very nice), I recently switched back because of disappointing experience.

Brilliant!
It's like buying the Carbon Copy, Carbon Copy Bight, and being able to add modulation to them! love this thing!

More versatility, easy to dial a sound
Well I'm in NZ and it was delivered so fast, cheaper to get it in America than where I live in New Zealand! Tried it at the end of my pedal board, it's even better than I thought it would be. Love the modulation chorus addition and the double length time compared to the single MXR carbon copy. Brilliant

Terrific Analog Delay Unit for Guitar, Synth, etc.
Superb analog sound. Great tap tempo function. Easily select quarter note, eighth note, dotted eighth note (Edge anyone?) or sixteenth note delays (plus infinitely variable delay times up to max).

Pretty good! Fairly dark, great looks and decent features.
This delay LOOKS awesome. Super simple to use and I love the LED-based note subdivision display for tempo. Has a lot of features, including modulation. But it's missing trails/tails (echo repeats get cut off when you bypass). It's nice that it is true bypass, however it would be nice to have the option, perhaps with an internal switch, to allow the repeats to trail off after switching it off (making it buffered bypass in that mode, a functionality that other manufacturers have included). Additionally, it's subjective, but I found the wave-shape of the modulation LFO to be a bit "steep". (instead of a smooth sweep, it kind of pulses or throbs). Also, when turning the knobs, they hit spots of resistance, and then spots where they turn easily. Feels like plastic shafts on the pots, but I'm not sure. So it doesn't have a "premium feel" when turning the knobs. Lastly, my main gripe is that even with the bright switch engaged, the delay is still too dark for my tastes. I compare it to my Donner Yellow Fall (also an analog BBD delay) and the MXR has a much murkier, duller tone even with the bright switch on. HOWEVER, if you love the original or bright models of the Carbon Copy delay, you might really like adding tap tempo and modulation with an upgrade to this pedal. It's a good pedal if the features and tone match your needs.
