Easy to fit, cooling effect is very good

I bought the real Lamb leather ones for my Sennheiser RS 175 and my god are they better than the original! Even the sound seems better and the bass deeper. Original pads were those protein leather which after 4 years of use, have completely come off and only the sponge was left.Replacing the pads on the RS 175 takes a few seconds as they're designed to easily come off so you can replace the AAA rechargeable batteries.In terms of comfort, these are much comfortable than the original ones or the protein leather ones. They might be thick and plush but they're actually a bit soft so they sit comfortable around your ears. Also because of this, they do keep away some of the outside noise.These real leather ones sound a lot better than the fake leather. The sound seems much clearer and the bass a bit deeper.In terms of value for money? 100% worth the price of £20.66 (at the time of writing due to 10% discount) because of the comfort and experience you'll have. I expect as these are real leather that they'll last much longer than the original which only lasted about a year before the fake leather flaked away.

They fit my head phones well but are a bit firmer and slightly smaller than the originals. Not sure how effective the cooling gel is, hopefully time will tell.

This is the 3rd time I have had to replace the earpads on my RS195 headphones, but the first time they have come with the buckle attachment ring. Normally when I order replacement pads, they come with an attachment tool which you have to use to remove the old cushions from the existing plastic attachment rings and stretch on the new ones which can be quite fiddly. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the attachment ring was also included which meant I just unclipped the old pads and clipped on the new ones in literally a few seconds. The gel padding is far superior to the old foam ones I have used in the past, giving a much more comfortable fit. Overall an excellent buy and I would highly recommend them.
