My Favorite Humidifier
I use humidifiers when the heat dries out my house. This humidifier is hands down the easiest to use! It’s easy to fill, easy to clean and the single dial sets the level without any effort.Seriously simple and very effective!

Power connector uses a plug that is typically used for a 12 volt or 5 volt system!!!!!!
Unit works great. If correctly used it is easy to setup, operate and refill. Produces lots of mist. However, potential misuse of the power supply on a different device is possible and could cause failure! Why: The white power supply that plugs into normal 110 AC home power supplies 24 volts 1.2 amps to the unit via a white cable. The small plug end of that power supply goes into the mist'er. It terminates in a plug that is widely used on to supply 12 volts or 5 volts on other devices. You could incorrectly use the Vicks power supply to try to power a 12 or 5 volt device and break the device and/or the 24 volt Vick power supply.

Works -but fragile
Works great so far - it dropped and the plastic broke but still works luckily or this would be 1 star!

Best humidifier
I love this humidifier. I love that you can fill it from the top with a pitcher. If you wanted to it also has a medicine cup so you can use essential oils without mixing it into the water. This is the only humidifier I found that has this option otherwise you would have to buy a vaporizer

Floater releases causing water damage
I’ve had this humidifier for a year now and every once in a while the unit floods causing water to slowly drain on to any surface it’s sitting on. I thought it was a fluke but now seeing others having the same issue. It’s ruined my son’s dresser. The wood was damaged because it’s hard to notice especially when you turn it on and leave it for the night. I come into his room in the morning and the dresser and rug are wet. It’s happened several times so shame on me for not returning it the first time. But you should be aware. The floater inside if the unit moves or is bumped will disengage from the holder and allow water to just free flow out. There is nothing holding the floater in place it just lays on the frame. Beware.

Great for a dry environment
I have a woodstove and despite having 2 pots of water on the woodstove, in the winter my skin gets super dry and my sinuses become stuffy. I have no experience with humidifiers, but I knew I needed some moisture in my room when I slept. After the first nights use I noticed that my skin wasn't as dry and that my sinuses were calm and I wasn't stuffy. The moist air coming out is not hot or warm like steam, just moist air. The rate that is disperses is adjustable from very low to quite a lot. I keep it on my nightstand and one night I made the mistake of allowing too much moisture to be released which ended up dampening my carpet. I would highly recommend for dry environments.

Works well and is very quiet.
Humidifier is very quiet and holds enough water to last overnight and thru the morning. Well made priced right.
