Capacitors seem to be physically well made and the values have been within range when tested.

Good Quality Tantalums
I purchased this Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitor assortment for repair of vintage Drake TR-7 and R-7 Transceiver and Receiver. The quality is good and the ESR Values are fine (see photo). Best of all, excellent price! I highly recommend this product. Mike/KG7M

Something's wrong with these.
I suspect these are mislabeled or otherwise not right. Tested polarity and tried plugging them in both forwards and backwards - still had half a dozen of these explode and throw sparks everywhere. Complete junk. Threw them away.

These are supposedly tantalum capacitors. I will have to take Xingyheng's word for it.
They look like tantalum capacitors and act like tantalum capacitors, so they must be tantalum capacitors. They are good enough for electronics project work, but I would never use them in electronics equipment that I value.
