I've taken this product for two months. It helps me go and it helps me sleep. Many people have complained about it being a horse pill. It is big!🤔 But, it can go down like a boat going over Niagara Falls. Just have a bottle of water open and in one hand. Then throw the pill in your mouth, throw your head back and take a big gulp of water with your eyes to the ceiling as you swallow. That'll do it. It works for me every time.

There are a lot of reviews saying something to effect of, “THESE ARE HORSE PILLS! THEY’RE HUGE! MASSIVE! I CANT TAKE THEM!” and it’s true. They are large.But, all you have to do is break it in half. If the rough edge scratches your throat (as happens to me sometimes) take them with more water or use a spoon or knife to soften the edge. You can also get a pill crusher if it really comes down to it. There are easy solutions. Breaking them in half also likely creates better absorption (if you remember to take all of the halves each day).Regarding results: I noticed my heart beats are a little less “poundy” at times, and that I fall asleep easier. Thumbs up.Take your horse pills!

I probably will try a different brand. These pills are just too big but I do think the quality is fine and they seem to help me sleep.

These aren't my absolute favorite version of Magnesium glycinate due to the larger size of the pill. However, this brand has never let me down and has a great reputation for high quality supplements. I've never slept better then when I take these daily.

Holy cr@p! I can't believe how much this supplement helps me sleep! Everyone in the reviews should quit complaining about the size of the pill... Just drink lots of water when you're swallowing it. I also like how this supplement has calcium in it! Typically you have to take vitamin D3 to get calcium or take a multivitamin. This supplement is a life saver :)

I have been taking magensium glycinate for years. I decided to try this brand because I had seen it stocked in our neighborhood holistic pharmacy. I am sure the efficacy is good but the pills are just so big I often dread taking them and sometimes just skip a dose because I don’t want to deal with the uncomfortableness of it. So, if big pills are a challenge for you, maybe check out another option-if not they seem to work fine as a supplement
