This has become my favorite finishing salt. I use the herb salt on fried eggs, avocado toast, steaks, and so many other things. It's really delicious.The quality is amazing. It has a light, flaky texture and adds a little crunch.The plain salt from this brand is equally excellent. Highly recommended!

I purchase this a few months ago. I do love the flavor and the taste. I will never go back to table salt again. I use pink Himalayan salt and have added this to my collection. I'm thinking ing of buying a grinder to put it in some more evenly salt my food. Although it is great for cooking and flavoring bigger dishes as it comes. I was told of many benefits from the salt and with the lack of nutritional value and minerals and vitamins in our Foods today, that I should switch to this. Even though I take multivitamins your body doesn't fully absorb a pill. I do use in moderation but in the morning I will take a couple pieces and put it in my mouth and let them dissolved.

I keep this on my counter and use it daily. Nice texture for finishing.
