The media could not be loaded. I purchased a Lenovo Mini CPU, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. As soon as I connected it to my monitor, it displayed ‘No Signal.’ It doesn’t come with an HDMI port, so I had to purchase a separate DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable, which was an unexpected hassle. Initially, I thought the cable was faulty, so I replaced it, but even with a new cable, it still didn’t work. It seems the DisplayPort itself is defective.To rule out any issues with my monitor or HDMI cable, I connected my Jio setup box to the same monitor and HDMI cable, and everything worked perfectly fine. So, the problem clearly isn’t with the monitor or cable. It all boils down to either the faulty DisplayPort on the CPU or the CPU itself.I also tried all possible troubleshooting steps—booting without peripherals like the mouse and keyboard, turning it on and off multiple times—but nothing worked. It still doesn’t show anything on the monitor.Additionally, this product doesn’t come with built-in Wi-Fi, so I had to purchase a separate Wi-Fi adapter. When I contacted the seller, I found out there are no returns or replacements available since the item is sold out. Lenovo support wasn’t helpful either—they advised me to visit a service center, where I’d be charged for any repairs.This has been a frustrating experience with no resolution in sight. I strongly advise against buying this product, as you may end up with a defective item and little to no support.

This is a very compact and sturdy product due to the SSD drive. And due to the SSD, it is extremely fast. The installation is almost plug and play. I bought it as a second Linux box to my windows desktop for my development. My monitor had 3 inputs, of which VGA was used by my desktop. The DVI was used by the Raspberry Pi system. So the Displayport connector was used and it worked perfectly with this box. I haven't used the Windows 10 much, but tested it as a backup system. Excellent performance but the MS office installed gave warning as Not genuine and decided to not use it and deducted 1 star for that. Tested the inbuilt sound and it is decent for alert and basic music. The power adapter supplied was original and I had no issues with it.As I wanted to use Linux, I tried installing Linux over Windows 10, but the SSD was encrypted and the Linux installer could not recognize it. So I had to install it on an external SSD. That way I had both Windows and Linux option to boot. My initial Linux run were very shaky and used to hang. Later I found it to be a loose connection on the back USB and used the proper left USB port on the back. Now it is running for over a week with no hang.I got it for an excellent bargain price during the diwali sale offer. Overall an excellent buy.

Good product at a nominal price. Recommend people to go for it as it's performance is superior at very low cost.

Front USB ports, Mic, headphones jack not working. No wifi dongle provided! Wifi card is not installed. Ram is of Samsung brand but I doubt whether it's genuine? Ssd is of local brand. Windows installed in 2019. Though I brought this product in 2024. By default the user name is DELL though it's an refurbished Lenovo product. I think the ssd is assembled from an outdated DELL machine. It had some software issue related to OS. I replaced the ram/ssd with the better one which I had had previously. Now it's working fine (except front panel usbs and 3.5 mm sound jack) . Buy at your OWN RISK.

it worked best at starting but i am facing some issues now after 1 month , wifi keeps lossing after some time and bluetooth mouse is working properly with it
