I love this phone.

The phone has 10 memory numbers and is easy to program. BUT the next day, the numbers I set have been erased. Same goes for other settings like the volume level of the ring tone. All I can say is that the phone is cheap and it does ring.

I ordered the phone for my office because it had a speaker. So far so good...accomplishing what I desired.

I specifically asked a question before my purchase of this item: Does this unit display Caller Name in addition to Caller ID/Number? I received a "YES" answer. This caused me to purchase this item. When I received and tested the unit, it definitely DOES NOT display Caller Name but only displays Caller ID/Number.Otherwise, this phone seems to be reasonable with all the features indicated. The received instructions are definitely terse and hard to follow with no correlating pictures included.This phone is being returned because it does not have the one key feature that I require: display of Caller Name.

Terrible! Once plugged in, it makes a screeching sound and consistently beeps. Super light as well.. Returning!

When I put it in speaker mode, I can hear the other party, but there apparently is no microphone so they can't hear me. The display is nice, but I would not purchase again.

When I ordered the phone it showed it in an upright position and then a flat position, so I thought that it also had a stand on it to stand it up,to take up less room on my desk. But it doesn't. So I'm disappointed about the way the product was presented. So therefore I wasn't able to get what I thought it was.
