On the first few pages you have 'Page' 'Content' and 'Topic'. This is very useful to find needed notes. On the following pages it has 'Date' and the numbered pages. Highly recommend this notebook.

Collage ruled lines, this is perfect for writing at university levelThe pages are thin, but the bleeding is not bad. Some pens are worse. Thinner pens and less ink, work best. The thin pages, make the book lighter and you can write on both sides.The table of contents is odd and it partly glued to the other page, I would include a photo, but I have already written in the book.I like this B5 book, I feel good at the end of a page and it fits nicely in my bag, with space for a water bottle or pencil case.
