However, they also want you to come back for service consistently and often so it also makes sense that they skip providing you the necessary items.Anyhow, it's a great after market tool and one that I would highly recommend having on hand as you'll need to make these adjustments periodically throughout the year especially as the cassette, derailleur and chain start to wear.
