The good: The jars are cute and the design is cute as well. They are fairly small but they go well with my decor. They came packaged protected in cardboard and foam. The quality of the design print is really good.The not-so-good: While they could make a great gift, they did not come in a box of its own. They were pretty much in a brown box with shipping labels all over it. I wish that they didn't have the shipping labels, then it would've made a beautiful gift.Overall, if you want to get them for your own personal use, they are really good and I recommend them. But if you are looking to give them to someone as a gift, then just know that they will come in the brown cardboard box, probably with shipping labels on the box.

These three jars look exactly how they are advertised. They seem well made but it is easy to tell they are not hand painted. The lids fit well and the bottom has little felt/rubber pads to protect furniture. The lids on the small and medium one are basically the same style, they fit in the middle of the top of the jar and have a little handle on top. The largest jar's lid is a different style and is just flat and covers the entire opening of the jar. All in all, they are a nice set, but the paint design on the smallest one seems different than the one on the other two. Nonetheless, they would make a nice gift and look beautiful on a counter for display or to store things in them. I may start storing tea in them as the lids close well on them.

The jars are very well made and have thick walls. They are great for storage or for use and are nicely glazed. I like how heavy they are and they are not he cheap knock off Ginger Jars that you find at the dollar store. These make a great decoration in my house and really make the black granite counters in my kitchen "Pop". I highly recommend these ginger jars.
