These bulbs are a perfect fit for my cs-400. Easy to install and work great.

Easy to install once you get access to the back.
My chainsaw for lopping limbs uses a primer bulb, but after many years of use, it cracked and no longer worked. These came up on my Amazon search and were perfect. The quality is excellent and the price is right. I used some of the fuel line because the old line cracked when I took off the old primer bulb. So I'm glad that line was included. I have enough to repair a tiller and keep the other pieces in the kit for any future emergency repairs.
