I ordered the same model from another seller in 'excellent' condition that was in no way even 'good', never mind excellent. This phone came well packaged with charger and cable and was in excellent condition condition and as described. Working as it should, battery life great, so very pleased with it so far.**Edited to add; So buyers are aware, I purchased my initial order from 'Gadget Store' and the quality was appalling. Phone was scuffed badly around all edges. I returned and reordered the same phone from Amazon Renewed, which is what the positive comments relate to. For some reason, both purchases have been merged into one listing, so it is confusing for people looking at the reviews to understand why some are poor and others very positive!

This is a refurbished phone from Amazon. I was so happy when it arrived, it is just like new. I spent some time setting it up, adding my music and contacts to it. I am still going over it to find anything bad on it but I can't. So I can fully recommend this phone from Amazon.

It's got all the up to date features including wireless charging for a bargain price. Order process easy peasy and phone delivered on Sunday morning by Royal Mail less than 48 hours later. Brilliant

BIG wear on the side. bottom corner damage made the SIM tray difficult to remove, spotting all around the frame. battery tests at 80%, which is just within the acceptable limit.No charger in the box as advertised, only the lead.back cover ok, screen ok, small scratch on it which is hard to see with the screen on.wont be returning as i took the time to set up and other than the disappointing issues listed, it works perfectly.

I bought this renewed Samsung several weeks ago. Works perfectly. Phone was in a great condition, looked practically new. Camera works great, the speakers and battery have no issues. Would purchase from this company again

The phone is alright the issue is I think not to do seller but delivery it said delivered the day it was meant to be but I didn't get it I ended up getting it the next day which was weird
