Wow wow wowOk start from the beginning.... the seat as two metal slots that the back of the chair slots into. Easy to fit and very secure.The feet are easy to just screw on.The wings got me a little confused .... the wings themselves have a metal bar thing on them and I couldn't work out what to do ... then I realised the metal bar has two parts and you slide one part off and screw that into the sides of the chair, then slot the wing onto the back of the chair with the metal bar.From start to finish it took 10 mins to put together.Ok now the chair itself... no idea what the material is, it feels like velvet but doesn't look velvet... either way it's soft to touch.The seat is quite firm but not hard, if that makes sense. The back has padding in it so the whole chair is super comfy.The arms are low, almost in-line with your legs so if you want a chair that you can lean an arm on, this prob isn't for you.My mum has a bad back and she said this was lovely and comfortableI was very impressed with the chair and the price makes it an absolute bargainI would highly recommend anyone to get this unless you're looking for an everyday chair to lean on the armsDef 5 stars

Bought for hubby for Christmas, his old chair was leather, cracked and the worst for wear.The colour is described as brown, it is more like a dark beige not brown. However it went with my rug in the living room. So job done. It's comfortable and tidy, hubby loves it. Good price, easy put together and hopefully will last him a few years.

For the money, a comfortable & well-made chair. Easy to assemble and well packaged. I needed to contact the seller due to a delivery issue and received a quick and informative reply. How well the chairs ( I bought two) will wear remains to be seen, but they seem to be covered in a fairly resilient material.

We are really pleased with this chair, largely for my elderly parent. The seat cushion is very firm, possibly too firm for some, but it will probably wear a bit softer in time. Very easy to assemble. However, the side head rests need a bit of explanation. Could do with a short video to show how the slider fittings need to be pushed apart and one fixed to the side of the chair. Not difficult, but not that clear. Otherwise, very good value for money chair.

Very firm, arms very low. Easy to put together (one person job). Looks nice, good height for me as I'm struggling with osteoarthritis in my hips.

I ordered this for an elderly lady probably should have checked out the dimensions of the chair, it’s quite big and although it seems very sturdy and was easily constructed the seat itself is firm. I found it comfortable and supportive for myself and my husband 6ft tall and heavier build said it felt good I don’t think it would be comfortable for long periods due to the firmness of the seat cushion. The user of the chair who is not very mobile is not comfortable so we’re having to change the seat cushion.. in all I’d say no good for elderly or immobile person due to pressure risk but a good supportive armchair for general use. Delivery was very prompt and before timescale given
