This is truly amazing after only 2 days. I had a neck injury almost 4 months ago. I have had whole neck pain since. This morning I woke up and I could feel exactly where my injury on my neck is. I think this is because it brought down the inflammation enough which allowed me to pinpoint the exact location of the injury. I am not saying all of the pain is gone, but I know the inflammation is reduced. I also felt stuff going on in my fingers and my foot that were affected by my injury.

I ordered this supplement hoping for some relief from arthritic symptoms in my feet. (I have not been diagnosed with arthritis; basically my feet were just really stiff and sore in the morning such that it was difficult to even walk upon first rising from bed— which I attributed to some sort of inflammation.)In addition, it had been suggested by my psychiatrist that I might consider taking turmeric for its mental health benefits. Apparently there is research showing that some mental illness (Alzheimer’s and depression, for example) may be caused or exacerbated by an inflammation of the brain itself— and that an anti-inflammatory diet may help relieve these symptoms.I had purchased some curcumin supplements from Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco (which has an extremely well-stocked section of herbs, tinctures, supplements, etc— and is probably the overall best grocery store in the United States), but then did some more research about curcumin’s bioavailability etc. and it started to seem like the Longvida formulation would be most effective, so I went on Amazon (I live in New York so couldnt go back to Rainbow to look for it unfortunately...) and saw that the Longvida forumlation was being sold by a number of different companies.Igennus’ offering seemed reasonably priced and I appreciated them telling a little bit about the company in their product listing. Also they are based in Cambridge and although they claim no affiliation with the University, I just sort of associate Cambridge with high-level intelligence and success, good breeding etc. (I’m only partially joking about that bit.)Anyway I ordered the supplements, they came like the next day or something (thanks Amazon, very convenient— although I do have serious questions about your labor practices, and about your effect on small “brick and mortar” retail businesses etc., although on the other hand your platform enables a small company like Igennus to sell their product around the globe to many people who might not otherwise have had access to it, so— complicated) and I began taking them, starting with two a day right off. About that time I received an email from Igennus directly, which contained a nutritionist’s advice about the product and how to take it, as well as some answers to frequently asked questions etc. I really appreciated this and got a sense that they they truly do stand behind their product and honestly care about the well-being and improved health of their customers. Of course this could just be good marketing, but it worked on me, and more importantly the product itself has worked tremendously. I can report nearly complete relief from the physical symptoms that led me to seek out this supplement. The mental symptoms... well, perhaps not so much but we’ll see!To sum up (and perhaps could have skipped all this discussion but hopefully it’s of use to someone), I am very satisfied with both seller and product— five stars well deserved!

It’s been about a week. Need more time but I definitely think it’s assisting me against brain inflammation.

This stuff is definitely the real deal. Very highly absorbable and effective.Unfortunately, it made my system upset like I've never felt before. I took the 1 capsule of curcumin with breakfast and felt dehydrated all day. By evening, my lips were incredibly dry despite drinking an obscene amount of water. I went to bed with a crazy tummy ache. Woke up, then immediately had explosive diarrhea. Still recovering two days later.My partner also had extreme dehydration despite chugging water all day, and just generally just feeling "off". He is also Type 1 Diabetic and the dehydration caused an unpleasant episode of hyperglycemia.I'm sure for most people, this supplement works great! It didn't work out for us, but I can assure you that it's very potent.

Works for me. It took about a week to make a difference but I definitely have less aches and pains. I will buy again

Longvida is a patented form of curcumin, and one of the most effective forms. It easily crosses the blood-brain barrier when most don't, so it can actually improve cognitive functioning, while still providing excellent anti-inflammatory protection throughout the body.This product, therefore, is excellent, and at one of the best prices I've found. I have bought it several times now and plan to continue re-ordering it going forward. I only wish my mother, who lives in another country, had access to it.

Been taking this Curcumin for a few years now, after my retina specialist referred me to it in preparation for surgery to discourage scar tissue formation. It worked great and later discovered its usefulness to alleviate joint pain. Still take it today, several times each day. Still works well.
