It works
The meter is accurate. The adjustable, vibrating alarm is very helpful in avoiding detrimental effects. The data transfer, to a smart phone, provides a permanent record that allows correlation with observed changes in physical and mental response to periodic low oxygen events.

Great (home use) contineous pulse ox & HR monitor.
Great product, used overnight transfer device date to phone app next morning and got lots of data feedback. Device was confortable to wear while sleeping.

Stopped working intermittently, app is garbage
I returned it primarily because the monitoring would just go blank (dashes) randomly, so yo lose your monitoring. Annoying if exercising, dangerous if monitoring your sleep oxygen. Also the readout seemed to lag quite a bit, and I prefer a near instant output. Some averaging over time makes sense, but it seemed sluggish to the point of being "behind" where you currently are.The app also asks for location permissions for no reason, and you CANNOT edit the setting on the device without allowing location AND having both bluetooth and location on. Bluetooth obviously, location - completely not needed in any way to operate a bt device. So, I assume they sell your data. Up to you if you care about being tracked and monetized. This also read my pulse as faster than another similar machine. I don't know which was correct.

It works pretty good
The design could be a little better it is hard to keep on your finger sometimes if you try to do something while you're sleeping like move the blankets or whatever but other than that I'm happy

Not convinced it;s accurate
I purchased this unit as a back-up to the one worn on the wrist with the thumb monitory. The readings on the writst monitor are, what I believe, more accurate.

Great device
If you need/want to keep track of your loved one’s health and make sure they are ok in the night, THIS is your device!! If you leave the app open in The background of your phone, you get a wonderful alarm if you are outside of the threshold😮😊

Fairly accurate and great tracking
Bought with some hesitation since I have heart and extreme COPD problems. Although not a medical device I wanted to have a fairly accurate method to track my pulse and saturated oxygen levels to try and keep within comfortable ranges and should I get out of range that I am taking necessary actions to get back in my range. I would buy it again as it is very accurate and graphs well on my I Phone.

Inaccurate data
I have attached a screenshot of the data output after a 50 minute sleep in which the unit’s alarm woke me up 3 times. The alarm is set to go off at oxygen below 88 and pulse below 50. The data that downloaded afterward says neither of these things happened, so either the data is wrong or the alarm was wrong. (I think it’s the data, I felt terrible when that alarm went off)I got this for the data specifically so I can communicate health information to my doctor, to plan my care, so the data being wrong is kind of a big deal. Even if the data was correct, the app doesn’t actually have the useful data you need; the only highlights are “averages”, and the chart form is all smoothed to the point of being unusable. I emailed support, if anything gets resolved I will come update my review.Good things: the unit was smaller and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The data download is easy. The readings (for the two minutes it shows on the device, or the readings that show in the app) seem to be accurate.
