This is a good quality bee pollen, it has a flavor to it.I was told to add honey to this product, and it would help with health and probably allergies. I have been loving this product, feels like a healthy snack.It came in fresh, sealed, and it has a good amount for the price.

I got diarrhea but I was using it a lot. My stomach is otherwise not sensitive at all.

I put a teaspoon in my protein shake daily. I notice a difference in my energy.

This bee pollen is high-quality, and I actually get it for my bearded dragon. She absolutely loves it. I’ve tasted some myself and it’s pretty good if you mix some in oatmeal.
