Excellent Sound and Impressive Quality!
I recently got my hands on the JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, and they have quickly become my go-to pair for everything from workouts to work calls. Here’s why they stand out:Sound Quality: The sound is exceptional, with deep bass and clear mids and highs. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio is crisp and immersive. JBL never disappoints when it comes to delivering great sound.Noise Cancellation: The active noise cancellation (ANC) feature is a game-changer, especially in noisy environments. It effectively blocks out background noise, allowing me to focus on my music or calls without distractions. The ANC is adjustable, which is a nice touch for when you want to be aware of your surroundings.Call Quality: With 6 built-in mics and VoiceAware technology, call quality is top-notch. The person on the other end hears me clearly, even in windy or noisy conditions. I appreciate the clarity and consistency of the calls, which is essential for work.Fit and Comfort: The earbuds are designed with a secure fit in mind, and they stay in place even during intense workouts. They come with multiple ear tip sizes, so it’s easy to find the perfect fit. They’re also comfortable to wear for extended periods, which is a big plus.Battery Life: The battery life is impressive, with hours of playback time even with ANC turned on. The charging case provides additional charges, making it easy to keep them powered up on the go.Design: The sleek and modern design looks great, and the build quality feels premium. The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust settings or skip tracks without pulling out my phone. Conclusion: Overall, the JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless Earbuds are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for high-quality sound, effective noise cancellation, and reliable call performance. They’re perfect for both everyday use and more demanding activities. Highly recommend!

JBL customer service was horrible, overshadowed any positive qualities of the product
I bought a pair of these because of online recommendations for workout earbuds. But my first pair worked for about a day, and then something happened (i don't know what), but the case got messed up so it started producing a lot of feedback when in ambient aware mode, but the earbuds were in the case. Then the earbuds would not turn on when i opened the case, unless the case was plugged in. I ended up getting a replacement pair, and so far so good. but I called customer support because i couldn't figure out how to remove the old profile from the JBL app. I couldn't find anything online about it. Customer service is clearly offshored. So the rep was hard to understand, and she couldn't understand me well either it seemed as if she had to constantly ask me to repeat the intake questions, which were pretty detailed, like what, when, where did you order from, what is the problem (asked 3 times), give me 3 forms of contact information, at which point, after about 10 minutes of intake, and still asking more demographic questions, all while being able to clearly hear what sounded like a party in the background, I asked her how much more information she'd need before we could get to the stated question, she hung up on me. I've worked customer support before and can understand how stressful the job can be. So I am usually pretty patient. but it was getting pretty bad as with each question she'd ask, she wasn't getting the answer correct, for example, she asked me 5 times what my surname was. is had to repeatedly tell her and spell out a 4-letter last name. Anyway, the customer service was so awful that I'm heavily considering returning the pair that works simply due to the poor customer service interaction, and writing off the brand completely.

Difficult to Setup
I have had the product for less than three hours. So far, I've had a 40 minute chat support that did not result in the earbuds passing the second step of setup, getting the right seal. While I managed to pair the earbuds with my iPad, I am thus far unable to pair them with my MacBook. The iPad app told me that the seal in the ear was not good, but provided no instruction on how to fix the problem. Should I use the larger or smaller provided rubber things? There are no markings on the earbuds that indicate left versus right ear that I am able to find. But apparently it is important to know which is officially which because controls are on the side. It took repeated questioning in the chat to finally be told the one that sits in the left side of the case is the left item. After ending the chat and struggling to get past the size setup, I failed to move beyond step three. The app kept saying be in a noisy place with no instructions or feedback on how to find a noisy place. The FAQs within the app provides no guidance on how to actually control the volume. Either the default volume is much to high, or I've managed to maximize it.The provided user manual is a picture book with fewer details than an Ikea piece of furniture.I have been unable to find official videos to resolve any of my questions. I am entirely dependent upon finding videos from independent resources about various topics and often having to hope that similar JBL products function the same way.I will say using the iPad app installing a software update onto the earbuds was easy. The app provided good information about the estimated time to install and then the time remaining. This is why I gave two stars rather than one.In short, unless you are a millennial, I would not recommend this product.I am unable to actually review the capabilities of the product. Until I can figure out how to control the volume, it is worthless. I have not attempted to use the product to conduct a phone call, listen to a podcast, exercise or swim, or any of the other basic functions I had hoped for. I am also unable to provide star ratings for noise cancellation, sound quality, and battery life.
