More comfortable and easy to use than my ceramic neti pot.Well-designed: fits smoothly and snugly into my nostril and has indentationd where thumb and finger fit in to hold it. Very light and durable plastic. In order for these to break you would essentially have to purposely take action to break them, like pounding them with a hammer or putting them on a hot stove.They hold about 3/4 cup of liquid -- so it's easy to pour 1.5 cups of liquid through your nose by doing one nostril and then the other nostril.Easy and light to pack for travel.All in all, they make neti pot use less onerous for me -- including financially. Getting a pair for about US $7.50 couldn't be beat. One for home; one for the road.

Perfect shape , size and material. I am very impressed and am buying several for holiday gifts as I think Neti sinus cleaning is important but most pots I have seem/used are heavy-breakable or too large-awkward etc. This seems to me to be perfect.

The description says the neti pot holds 250ml (8oz) of water. It does not. More like 200ml or 6 oz. See the photos of the water in a measuring cup and the amount left after I poured it into the neti pot. Will be returning it.

I'm planning to return these. Although initial off-gassing smells tend to disappear, I'm not willing to wait and am put off. A ceramic one may be had for about the same money. Plastic ones are handy for travel, but I'll look elsewhere.

So these are a great size for travel, and a good value. (While porcelain is ideal, they break when they slip out of my hand in the shower.) The injection mold leaves a sharp edge - file it down and smooth it out. Also no hook to drip dry, so it goes behind a towel on the rack.

On the upside, they're very light, have a sort of flattened shape so they don't take up a lot of suitcase space... in spite of what others wrote they sit relatively flat (they do wiggle a bit and I could see where they might tip over easily if nudged) ... on the downside there's a fairly strong plastic smell... I decided to go ahead and buy another of my ceramic lead free neti pots that are dishwasher safe and can be used in the microwave... I would NOT suggest doing that with this one. The Micro will knock plastic atoms into you water which you're then putting near your brain... not a great idea... but I could see where on future trips I might bring this along (once the plastic smell has worn off)

A little awkward to hold but gets the job done.
