Having read a number of books on Reiki it was a delight to come across one that cut through the clutter. Not only is it insightful and practical, the beauty of this book is that it makes Reiki accessible to everyone and is relevant to all readers, whether you are a beginner or a practitioner, as I am. It is easy to read and is a valuable resource to anyone who has an interest in the subject. The title says it all.

I was disappointed. I thought it was a how-to guide for Reiki but it was more a "philosophy" discussion book on Reiki and it's more of a scholarly treatise on the practice of Reiki rather than an actual step by step guide.
