Fun!
My students love this game! Used it during small group activities. Easy for a 3 year old to understand the rules and can easily customize the rules of the game if you need to.

The object of the game is simple enough for very young players, but entertaining enough for older elementary children
This is a cute little game! The object of the game is simple enough for very young players, but entertaining enough for older elementary children. So far, I haven't had any issues with the mechanics of the game (you have to pull the pants out from inside the fox for each game). The pants fit the fox loosely, too loosely, I thought, but it's not really a problem.Game play: Roll the die and place the indicated number of chickens in the fox's pockets and then press down his head. The next players do the same until the pants fall. Then, try to fill your chicken coop spaces with the chickens that are rolling around. The first player to do so, wins.It would be helpful to set some ground rules before starting, though not indicated in the instructions. Kids will try to "cheat" and scoop up a handful of chickens, leaving the other players with nothing to work with while he/she takes his time placing them in his coop. I think it's more fair and entertaining to use only one hand and grab only one chicken at a time. Younger players with limited fine motor skills might have difficulty putting the pants back on the fox for a new game. Remember to raise his arms before pulling on the cord to release the pants.I subtracted one star because there are so many stickers to place, thus, increasing my chances of mistakenly putting them on incorrectly. One of the stickers that I put on the die is slightly off center and now the die will immediately stop rolling when that edge hits the table. Also, the tongue for the fox was difficult to place and it, too, is crooked. It's not a big deal, but I can imagine a child damaging the game or getting frustrated in placing the stickers. Also, the chickens are not assembled. The feet/beak parts come separated. As long as they aren't tampered with I think they will stay assembled once put in place.

Super Fun Game
Got this for my kids (ages 6, 8, 9, 11). Cute game & they really enjoy it. They all play it together, and no complaints of it being too hard for the younger ones / too easy & boring for the older ones. Easy for all of them to learn. The moving pieces are pretty durable; nothing broken yet (and my kids don't tend to be gentle with toys). Recommend. Now that we have a newborn in the house, we will need to be more careful of not dropping the chickens on the floor, as those are definitely a chocking hazard!

Surprisingly hilarious to my toddler
The giggles when this thing drops his pants and the pieces go everywhere is infectious.

Lots of fun for all ages!
Our Grandson had this on his wish list for Christmas so we got it for him. We all played several rounds on Christmas Day. It is really fun and simple to play. But thing is you never know when the fox will drop his pants and let all the chickens out, so you're always in suspense mode. Loved it so much that we purchased another one for our house to play when the Grandkids come.

Cutest game we have!
Ok this game is absolutely adorable! It’s also lots of fun and a really great way to introduce counting and taking turns to toddlers. The “chickens” are small so it’s definitely a choking hazard. Also, the “chickens” come in two pieces and are constantly falling apart. I finally super glued them together, best idea ever. It was definitely worth the half hour of my life. My 3 year old absolutely loves it, I highly recommend this game.
