Comfortable chair
Very comfortable chair. I’m a 52 yr old woman and put it together in about 30 minutes. Needed help holding the back when I put it on but probably could have done it alone if I had to. Love the color and how it looks. Know that the swivel is not smooth and the massage is more vibration than anything. I do enjoy it while crocheting. All in all it’s been worth the money.

Recling issues
I like the chair. The massage is adequate. The insurmountable problem is the chair reclines but will not go up right again. The 2 knobs in the side are rather useless. No matter how lose or tight i must stand up and manually force the chair to the upright position. Possibly needs to be broken in. Will return if the chairIt is not get better. Anyone else have a similar problem?Update: worked with dave customer service. Matter is resolved. Good company

Wore out fast and caused back pain, super noisy
UPDATE: they contacted me after review and offed a small partial refund.I must say that is great customer service. So Good on them for doing what they can.Chair has wore out quickly and given horrible back pain and it's extremely noisy even after using wd40. But the expensive one of you care about your back

A comfortable chair and ottoman.
I like the value for the money and the quality of the fabric. A comfortable chair. The recline is fine. It could be a little stuffed, but I think that will compress after using for a while. Size is perfect I’m 5’ 7”.I did not buy this for the massage function.I did not like the massage feature as it was uncomfortable and hit in the wrong areas. I disconnected the massage function.Assembly took about an hour from unboxing to final assembly.I would buy this again.

As Expected - Almost
Nice chair, was easy to put together, arms was the only hard part to assemble. Only dislike is the color of the bases, much more red then brown. Also, the arms are a little lower than I prefer.
