The overall bucket and mop are very good easy to use but the bucket when having water in it cannot be lifted by the handle alone. This action causes the bucket to tip and therefore water is spilt.Two hand must be used when using this bucket when full

The mop is flimsy and I just couldn't get the handle to be vertical which means it couldn't spin. The bucket is poorly designed and spills if carried by the handle. I will try to return it.

Good product . Works as it suppose to and it's easy to move around the house coz of the wheels

This is areally good mop. It's easy to.use and leaves the floors nearly dry. Instead of having a a pedal which breaks. You push the handle down so much easier. Cleans well and value for money. I like that is has a little bottle so you pump cleaning fluids in the water.After using this for a few weeks it is very hard to keep changing the adjustment on the handle. It is also hard to keep the mop head on the floor, as it turns out it's side and the mental hits the floor.Today I have asked for a refund and I have £2.79 deducted.I wouldnt recommend this mop.

Bit of a pain that you got to keep lifting the little leaver on the handle to spin after every time you put the mop in the bucket! And to get it from an upright position to mop the floor you have to put your foot on the metal bit on the mop to adjust the way to mop! By doing this the pressure of the foot is squeezing the water out and end up with a puddle! Also be careful when you lift the bucket by the hadle because it's too heavy from the spinner being metal so it's heavier than the opposite side and tends to go one sided! Hard to explain on here but it's a fiddly item compared to my other make! Will say it a strong item though made of strong plastic! If I'm honest I wouldn't buy another one...

Lovely mop and bucket, well worth the money good quality

The only good thing about this bucket is it's a pretty colour. Unfortunately it has three major design faults. 1. The single handle is set off-centre, so the bucket tips when lifted; 2. When spinning the mop in the water, the mophead often tips and slides off the spinner; 3. After spinning the mop in the dryer, the surrounding plastic cover for the spinner leaves the bucket with the mop. So, if you like getting wet feet when you empty a bucket, you don't mind sticking your hand in dirty water to straighten the mophead, and you don't care that the mop likes to wear the plastic cover as a necklace, this is the bucket for you! Honestly, don't bother.

Thought this was a good buy , and tried to put it together with the mop handle and mop head , impossible for it to stay on !!! Still trying can’t get the mop head to stay on handle , sitting in hall awaiting someone else to try this pile of junk by looks of it , sorry but reallly bad .. haven’t used it yet, not great made on mop end !
