I have to say this is the simplest and most reliable USB-C docking station I have used in the past couple of years. I previously had a Dell WDS USB-C dock, various displaylink docks, and a Microsoft surface dock...this one is the simplest of them all. It's much smaller than I expected, which makes it fit nicely on the desk, has plenty of USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports for all of my devices (keyboard, mouse, webcam, game controller, yubikey, and phone)...and it has audio ports for my speakers!I'm using two monitors at 1080P, one via Displayport and the other HDMI, and both of my laptops support Displayport Alt-mode, so I'm getting full resolution supported by my laptop GPUs, as opposed to Displaylink docks that utilize the CPU for video compression. This makes it perform great for presentations, photo editing, gaming, and web conferencing over Teams and Zoom.FYI: The included 65W power supply is adequate for most applications, but for my laptops (Surface Laptop 4 and Dell Inspiron 14) they require a larger power supply. This dock does support up to 100W power supplies, so I just used a Dell 90W USB-C power supply, and no issues. This may be due to the sheer number of devices I have plugged in, but without the increased power supply, my laptops were charging at slower speeds. Still works just fine, more an optimization than a requirement.If you were thinking about spending upwards of $300 for another USB-C dock, stop and try this one out, it has been out-performing them handily.

"This is one the best Doc in its class with options of 2 HDMI with 4K. I have used 2 models, one has a 100W supply vs the other with 60W. Both these docking stations otherwise are similar in functions and deliver excellent quality. Additional USB outputs provide options to mount headsets & Camera. The dock doesn't cause any latency with all the ports plugged in. This is an excellent dock, which I use at my home office. TobenONE backs this up with a 2-year warranty and excellent support team. I ran into an issue with my first dock, one of the HDMI ports, the customer service members relentlessly assisted me to get the issue resolved. The team is quick to analyze and act; And do not hesitate to replace the product as promised by the company warranty. It is a good product for anyone who is looking for a reliable product backed up with excellent customer service."

I'm able to hook up my two monitors and all my desk USB devices with just one cable. Works great with my HP laptop, we have several of these at my office. I was having an issue connecting one unit and their support team was response and took care of me!

Not sure if it is a quality control issue or just bad station, but after trying this dock on both a high-powered Windows 11 Laptop (tried both USB-C 3 port as well as Thunderbolt) as well as on the latest Surface Pro 11, HDMI monitors plugged into either of the HDMI ports on this would not work. I have other docks that have absolutely no problem for using the monitors when connected to these computers.

I purchased this docking station a couple of months ago after a recommendation from several friends who have it and love it. I like the sleek look of it compared to my previous docking station, plus it has 2 HDMI ports instead of 1 HDMI and 1 VGA like my last docking station.The power supply isn't quite enough power for my laptop, so I don't use it all the time. But it works in a pinch if I leave the actual laptop charger at work. Nice feature to have.There were some technical issues with the screen resolution for the second monitor so I reached out to their support team. The response time was very fast and they were on top of giving me recommendations for fixing it.Even with the issues, I am still satisfied with the product and their customer support.

This docking station easy to setup, no manual driver installation required. I work hybrid and this docking station fits my need. It connects all my devices to the laptop through single USB C cable and also charges my laptop with the same cable as it comes with the 65W power brick. When I'm working from Home all I have to do is to just connect single USB C coming from docking station to my laptop and all the devices get connected to my laptop. This docking station has eliminated the need to connect/disconnect all the devices every time I have to move with my laptop.I have connected Keyboard, mouse, 2 HDMI cables for dual monitors, USB headset and camera with this docking station and all devices work fine without any issue. This docking station has nice build quality seems solid and sturdy.

The support is terrific. Be prepared for a delayed response. Which for me is not a problem. Every questions I asked was answered. Thank you for the support. I have not had one issues with this docking station. In comparison to the HP Thunderbolt docking station which for me was nothing short of frustrating and stressful. This docking station was recommended to me by a co-worker. I highly recommend this docking station. Update to this item. While initially the support was terrific, I realize now that despite their claim of 24/7/365 support it is anything but that. After experiencing a problem with my Dock I tried contacting them thru the chat on their website. I was not able to chat with anyone. I did get an email stating that they were sorry they missed me at 1am in the morning. I also received emails from their customer support team at 1am while trying to resolve my issue. They are still helpful with replacing the Dock just expect delays as mentioned above.

I tried a number of other docs for my classroom but none worked or worked for long. This one is compact and allowed me to set up everything I needed easily. I have a DELL Latitude laptop with two external monitors, a wired mouse, printer and blue tooth keyboard. This got the job done!***Update. One of the HDMI ports is not functioning correctly. It converts my laptop to a less than ideal resolution that cannot be altered. I am working with customer service to resolve.
