I am presently experimenting with replacing my Blood Pressure Medicine with Hawthorn Berry Complex and CQ-10 daily (taking blood pressure at least 3 different times a day) and getting very positive results. I am keeping my doctor abreast of everything I’m doing.

I have been taking 2 tablets a day for the past week and had a doctor appointment today with blood pressure check (I have had hypertension almost all my life and take daily meds for it)usually even with my meds, my blood pressure is a higher than it should. At least they are not horse size pills and easy to swallow too. The only thing is, there was one time where I took them on an empty stomach with coffee and I got bloated and felt nauseous. but just like with any supplements, it is best to take it with food.Overall I am happy with this product and will continue using it. I also appreciate that is a natural supplement with health benefits that I can see almost right away.
