The Ram dealership initially told me they might not be able to program it since it wasn't from Ram directly (even though it looks identical without the logos on the back) but think that was to just cover themselves if they couldn't.It took them all of 15mins and boom, works like the factory fob!Can't beat it for the price! Half the cost as "used" factory fobs and hundreds cheaper than buying new through Ram!

Following hurricane Ian, I Finally got a locksmith out to program the new remotes for my ram limited. Neither remote worked and had to buy from another source at double the price..though it works. Hoping these guys will take them back because right now they have the value of paperweights.

I purchased this last week and it has been a struggle to find a locksmith to program it. They are all not happy at all that I purchased this off of Amazon and just needed it programmed. Many claimed it would not work and it needed to match this, match that. One place here wanted $350 to program. After numerus calls and quotes all over town, I was almost ready to give up. A company doing fobs outside of Sams club was setup programming fobs. Asked them if they could do it and they said yes. If they could not get the fob to work, there would be no charge. Took them less than 5 minutes to program the fob and about 15 minutes to cut the key. The 6 button fob works for my 2021 RAM 1500 Limited that has 6 buttons.
