I've been taking these for a couple of months now and I definitely wake up feeling more alert and with less brain fog throughout the day. It's difficult to say whether I feel more energetic but my focus and concentration has improved. I take just one a day. They are on the larger size for a capsules so if you have trouble swallowing capsules they may not be for you. I would recommend if you suffer with menopausal brain fog and have difficulty concentrating.

Should have researched online first. Only thing it does is give me bad guts and explosive diarrhoea. I’m not alone it seems either. Research says it doesn’t contain what it claims it does. Do your research !
