There's a lot of things I love about these earbuds, some things that could be better but not dealbreakers but there is one negative thing that is enough for me to not keep these otherwise potentially great earbuds.I love how the piston buds pro look. They're very sleek looking and they're not big and bulky, which is my issue with most other earbuds. I love the small, compact case that is easy to carry around. The size of these earbuds are perfect for my ears. They fit inside perfectly and I didn't even have to change the ear tips. But what I love the most is the size of the body of the earbud. It fits in my ear comfortably and doesn't stick out of my ears like the bolts in Frankensteins neck. I have smallish ears and I've had to give up a lot of great sounding earbuds because they don't fit in my ear. I can't express how happy I am with the size of these earbuds. However, the sides the edges around the top of the buds are not smooth and they dig into my ears painfully when I lay on my side. I like to sleep with my earbuds in but I can't do that with the Pistonbuds Pro.The touch controls work some of the time of the time, but I find pulling them out is quicker. I usually have to repeat the touch control action several times before it works, which is honestly annoying. Maybe it’s just an issue with 1MORE earbuds, as I also had touch control issues with my comfobuds mini.The piston pros are my second pair of earbuds from 1more. The first pair (Comfobuds mini) also fit in my ear great and the sound was really good but the touch controls didn't work AT ALL, which was frustrating. I don’t really have this issue with cheaper issues from other brands.The sound could also be definitely be louder. They volume is pretty low even at the highest level.The battery life on these buds are terrific.These buds come with an app which I really appreciate. Through the app, you're able to toggle the ANC/transparency mode, low latency mode, customize your touch settings, update the firmware and even has a soothing sounds feature. There is also different EQ settings that you can choose. I like the bass booster but the default setting is also really really good. I think the 1more app is better than all the music apps that I've used (except for the Soundcore App - I think they're equivalent which says a lot ). I'm more than happy with the app.The Bluetooth connection is not the best. I understand Bluetooth connections drop out here and there but the connection on these drop several times a day, which is shocking considering that it has Bluetooth 5.2The first week with the piston pros was great. The sound was nice and crisp and I couldn't be happier. Not top of the line but good enough. I thought I finally found my perfect pair of earbuds. But now, there is a constant static sound whenever I listen to music. I didn't drop them or do anything different with them so I'm not sure why it's like that. I put them back in the case and reset them but there is still a constant static sound. I may purchase another pair of these buds to see if I have better luck but I'm sad to say that for now, these earbuds will have to go back. :(

Ear buds work great and the price was right.
