Does what it is supposed to do

Who wants to spend £100+ calling a wasp exterminator. Not me. What a waste of money.These two cans got rid of a nest the size of a football ⚽.There is a drawback tho. The foam has to get inside. The only way is to poke a hole in the nest which incidentally has the strength of tissue paper, so it's easy, I used a home made extending decorator's pole taped with duck tape to a washing line pole stand which also extends, (see pic). Get covered with clothing, no bare skin except face.Make the hole even if the nest falls apart and then spray half a can all over the nestGo back 8 hours later foam that area again. Go back again and check again.You cannot just spray the nest and hope they all fly away or die. I sprayed half can on the nest and nothing. Sprayed again and little results.Third and fourth time I used the home made pole and the foam into and on the nest and the wasp have gone.Ps. Don't block the entrance ie into the roof like under the gutters, the wasps ate out another hole 🕳 in the wood. I used mastik to block the entrances but they look for alternative entrances or make another hole and get in, wasps have radar to guide other wasps to entrances, observe.Pss only one or two wasps went a bit berserk but if your only up there for 30 seconds max so it's all good. Chances of getting stung is minimal.

These cans are seemingly under-pressurised, compared to others I've used, so the jet of foam can only be used close up to the wasp nest, which is more dangerous. The effective range is about 3 to 4 feet. The previous brand I used had an effective range of more than 6 feet, so I could stand much further away. With this current brand it's essential to take the warning on the can seriously, and wear protective clothing, because you can't stay clear of the wasps. 2 stars deducted for the lack of distance in the spray/jet.

This is something that I will definitely recommend, it did take 3 tins but the nest in the garden was massive. Used it 3 weeks ago and it worked.

I bought 2 cans of this for a nest in a very small box hedge. I thought I’d just need one can. Well 2 cans later and the wasps are still enjoying themselves and I got stung (by a wasp and this product). It says stand 2M back when spraying. Well that’s funny because the 2 cans I got sent had a range of about 30cm! Useless. I tried shaking them really hard and cleaning the nozzle but they still had no range. I was messing around so long and had to get so close I ended up getting stung. After the first can didn’t work I put on a coat, hat, gloves and goggles and just got up really close and emptied the whole second can. It achieved absolutely nothing!!! My hedge looks much worse for it but the wasps as still happily swarming around and coming and going to their nest. I’m shocked at all the good reviews because for me this product was a total waste of money.

Very effective if you have direct access to the nest, kills on contact however the foam dissipates after about 15 minutes. If you only have access to the entrance then not so effective and other methods my be better. Mine was in the loft, got a 6 foot pole and poked a hole in it, then sprayed the hole, poked more holes and kept spraying, all dead in 5 minutes, also disolved the nest when left to dry.

The nest in picture is further away than you think so is a little bit bigger. Works great as long as you spray inside the entrance hole 1st and cover the nest after . Thankfully i brought a spare as i decieded to bash the nest to cause chaos and make them dissapear quicker and to spray inside the nest. This isnt advisable but i wanted to put a wasp/bee suit to the real test.Well the spray works fast and does prevent the wasps flying out the main hole for a while. Great item will buy again.
