Great. Hubby had prostrate cancer surgery. After a sugery like this. Been in mens depends. Was going thru them fast. This clamp helps hold his urine from leaking all over until he makes to bathroom. Now not using as many mens depend. So saving us money. Bought this one cause it was adjustable. Glad we did. Great item. Comes with a travel bag. Hope it holds up and doesnt break. The device is simple, just insert and squeeze. Even squeezed down to the fullest, this device just slides off. Now, it does take a little bit ~10min, but with how many hairs it grabs, it should stay on better. The plastic shell material is rigid enough, however, it does not open very wide. This does make it more difficult use. This device does like to pinch skin and pull hair. The hard plastic shell does eat into the skin.

I am a newbie, having just had prostate surgery. When I first used this product, the second click was OK, but only for a couple of days. I went to the third click and it sealed most of the time except when coughing, laughing or passing gas. But then it started to leak when getting up or for no reason at all. I am now on the 4th and last click. This uncomfortable but it seals OK. It is vital to get it centered, and the hinge action tend to push things away from it. I have been using this less than 2 weeks total, so I am concerned about how long it will last. Update: not it leaks even on the 4th click when I get up or cough. I have been using it for 2 weeks.

Great product. They have really improved since i tried them 8 years ago.

Need to use longer to really evaluate. Maybe more comfortable than Bard Cunningham clamp.
